Sagittarius Horoscope for week of March 28, 2013

Banzai skydiving is a step beyond ordinary skydiving. To do it, you hurl your folded-up parachute out of the airplane, wait a while, and then leap into mid-air yourself. If all goes well, you free-fall in the direction of your parachute and catch up to it. Once you grab it, you strap it on and open the chute, ideally before you hit the earth. This is the kind of beyond-ballsy activity that would be perfect for you right now. APRIL FOOL! In truth, I don't recommend banzai skydiving now or ever. Plain old skydiving is fine, though. The same principle applies in relation to any adventurousness you're considering: Push yourself, yes, but not to an absurd degree.

This is in borderline poor taste in light of what really happened in Florida last week.

What happens to you if your life has been in freefall so long you forget what it is to be grounded? Or worse, believe you have been grounded all along?

I was more "into" Autumn in Florida than I was up North or here in Tennessee. Mainly because, once that first north wind swept aside the Monsoon Machine of May through August, a person could actually go outside in Afternoon and not worry about too much sun or the rains. Yes, you had to worry about Hurricanes more in Autumn than Summer, but the Hurricane season was over in November and the weather stayed fairly pleasant almost to Christmastime.

The early side of autumn in Florida, just before the love bug invasion.

Moonshine and I had to earn the trip back to Rather Manor from school this afternoon...heavy showers, with a downpour cell over 11E between Alpha and Talbott. Thought the car would hydroplane but I suppose the tires are still fresh enough.

Looked up a fall lineup online just now and it wasn't particularly easy.

The problem with this year is that most of the "interesting" shows for me are in the 10 PM timeslot, which will be unavailable to me if I have to go to school at 7 AM, which means waking at 6 AM, which means going to bed around 10 PM on "school nights". So Chase, The Defenders, The Good Wife, Castle, Detroit 187, The Whole Truth--all that is off the table.

I wonder how much Tivo-oid systems go for these days.
