Writer's Block Dropped The Ball Today

frustratedpilotInstead of asking a stupid question about music and CDs, they should have asked "Is there a person in your life in the military now or a military veteran that you admire or deserves some special recognition?"
Just my thought.
My father, the Marine veteran who was there when JFK made his "Ask not what your country can do for you" speech, is taking a deserved nap in his living room chair, with the cat in his lap. Healthwise, he's doing okay. But right now, we're in a battle with the Veterans' Affairs bureaucrats to get the administration to pay for his emergency surgery from the July Fourth crisis. I hate to think about what might happen to us financially if we can't. So forgive me if I don't take your side in the Health Care Reform shouting match--I think we'll lose whatever happens.
