frustratedpilotAfter my haircut, I went to a Friends of the Library book sale yesterday. My purchases:
* Heretics of Dune, which (I think) completes the set of the Frank Herbert-written Dune works. I'd been looking for a copy for years. Now I can read both it and Chapterhouse.
* a college textbook on statistics. My Finite Math textbook from my college student days somehow didn't make it from Florida to Tennessee.
* an encyclopedia of Space Technology...the 1989 edition of a book that originally appeared when I was in High School. It's in really good shape for being a dozen years old...must have been kept out of circulation in the Reference section.

In other news, it'snick_101's birthday today. Hope you get to do something fun.
