frustratedpilotIn my travels today, I pulled all the pennies from my wallet and tossed them in the wishing fountain at West Town Mall.
The last time I threw a coin there, I got my brief but very worthwhile job at Borders across the street.
Part of me was saying may the waters drown your fate. I can't say that I like fate very much, or that I'm particularly superstitious...maybe I'm engaging in more anti-fate warfare.
