frustratedpilotWith it now two months plus since I applied at the place where my brother USED TO work, I'm beginning to feel the need to refresh my look at the employment scene. I went to the Dandridge office of Job Service and scanned their listings and found...a grand total of FIFTEEN open positions. For the WHOLE of Jefferson County. Sheesh.
I renewed my resume at Monster.com. And noticed that they had attached a list of jobs across the nation that I might be interested in. Well, the nearest ones to me were in Memphis and Durham, NC. Half were in [CENSORED]...and a fourth were in the vicinity of [WITHHELD FOR SECURITY REASONS].theidolhands? Could you stand to have a roomie?--Didn't think so. Doesn't matter anyway...at this moment I don't have the funds to relocate.
I know how things got this screwed up...but I still don't believe the extent of the screwing. Bleh.
