Anger At This Man's Bureaucracy

Dad got a set of statements from the VA. Yes, they are paying the people who treated him during his July 4th medical crisis last year. But they aren't paying all of it. They aren't even paying HALF. We're still crunching numbers to sort it all out but I don't like how this is going to add up.
