Better (And Worse) Angels Of Our Nature

Just a few moments ago, we were visited by Deputy Bunch, who handled the case for us. He told us that the persons-of-interest had very long rap sheets and that they were under investigation for other misdeeds, so when the opportunity came for a search warrant, Bunch and his boss payed them a social call. The persons-of-interest were informed that if "somehow the angel showed up back where it belonged" nobody would have to go to jail for it. And there was also mention of how the judges in this area would tend to view anybody who would be so "low" as to steal from a house of worship.
We in this house are all very impressed with Deputy Bunch. Since he watched over our angel, I ask all the guardian angels to watch over him.
