Oct. 1st, 2008 03:55 pmI am posting this from Computer King repair shop in west Knoxville.
My computer's RAM chip went bad, so it's getting replaced. Right now, King Kong is getting a virus scan. At forty minutes plus, 500,000+ files scanned, two or three Trojan files found, and who knows what else to come.

Oct. 1st, 2008 08:55 pm1) New RAM works fine.
2) Viruses removed, new support software.
3) The modem is out to lunch.
Back to the repair shop on the morrow...still using else-puter for the time being.

I want to say Starship Troopers, as mecha anime wouldn't have existed without its influence...
I'm just replying anyway because I'm such a Gibson geek. I need to get caught up on his later books. If they think you're crude, go technical. If they think you're technical, go crude.
