frustratedpilotToday, I got what I've always wanted to have at Christmas...or at least since childhood--
--Freedom to SLEEP IN.
You know how it is when you're a kid, you can't wait to wake up, you want to open your toys and play with them all day. But when you get older, and your folks are yelling at you "Hey! Get up! I just made breakfast for you and it's already Seven AM!" it just takes the fun out of the holiday.
Since the family gathering was yesterday, and thus all the obligations of the season have been fulfilled, for the first time in my life I could spend Christmas Morning IN BED. And it was good. :)
