Re: THIS POST
Since I have a meeting in Knoxville tonight, I had to take a late lunch/early dinner and that called for a Stevito. Again, the dregs of a beef roast and a tortilla shell. This time I dialed back the sauce...only a couple teaspoons of pizza sauce and a dash of soy sauce. And Mozzerella cheese instead of Colby Jack because of time restraints.
The sauce perked up the meat (I thought it could have gotten dried out, but it didn't) but the soy sauce made it a bit salty when what I was trying to do was make it smoky.
Someday I'll arrive at a recipie that works 100%. *shrug*
