This afternoon we had a sales representative over from a home repair contractor because I entered a drawing at a home show for a $4000 home makeover prize...and I wanted a quote to replace the windows.
And I got that quote: $8100+ for nine windows. Granted, they're offering the best product on the market qualitywise. But it's a lot to chew on, let alone swallow.
We told them "don't call us, we'll call you when we're ready". Of course I doubt we ever will be.
