Doubleheader Day

Matinee: I get up at an ungodly hour to go to orientation at TTCM. Tuition is covered, and I'll get a check for the surplus grant funds (at least that was what I was led to believe). Will verify soon.

Nightcap: IPMS/Knox meet at HobbyTown. Was Aleks ride again. Gave him a t-shirt (Travis Tritt. Wouldn't wear it myself but Aleks is into country music). Saw David Lakin do an informal seminar on how to paint human faces and heads on scale models and make them look convincing (which he does with absolute mastery).

Man I'm tired. I can't afford to do this too often.
