Getting Grilled

Yesterday, on my hinting, Mum and Dad bought a little George Foreman grill unit.
Tonight, we try it out on some pork loin strips. Mum whacked them with the scallopini hammer, and Dad and I took turns supervising the grill. Five minutes to cook, and the meat was about the way we like it.
I cleaned it out after dinner; it just took a sponge soaked in soapy water...tho' next time I'll do it over a cookie pan lined with paper towels rather than just a few paper towels. It worked, but it was still kind of messy.
We'll probably get a lot of use out of the featherweight contender.
