Damage Control

I'm posting this from the Dandridge Library. My phone lines are out of service again and AT&T's website is no help. I have their service phone number but I've already tried to use a pay phone to get through to them...and their automated service is a nightmare to navigate. I'll try again once I'm done here. :(
