Indiana Jones...

Logic demands that I remind the world that it's been 25 years since Raiders of the Lost Ark, and more than ten since he last played the role (as a cameo in the Young Indiana Jones TV series). The story would have to be set well after WW2, more likely in the late 1950s or early 1960s. That seemed to me to be a time when the world was actively demystifying itself.
I'd file this idea into the folder "flirting with disaster".
