Never Do Tech Support After Midnight
Aug. 13th, 2005 12:01 amHey.
I found the drivers disk for my computer overnight, so I tried to upload the drivers I thought I deleted by mistake...only I bet I uploaded the wrong ones. Now it refuses to boot up the whole way. I hope I didn't screw up something irrepairably.
I'm going to take my compy into the shop on Monday and see if it can be straightened out. As of now, I'm using my mother's compy after she goes to bed...but this is only a Band-Aid solution at best. The problem is that my computer is the prime mover for the family printer. If I lose it I'll have to rearrange absolutely everything computer-related in this house.
I've had this computer six years, and thought it was obsolete when I got it. If I have to buy a new compy and transfer the old data, I can do that. But I'm not looking forward to that.
